C-900 Portable Terminal

Design exercise for a collapsible 1980's-style "capsule computer", which could be set up in as a mobile field terminal for save points or audio logs. Its aesthetic design was initially inspired by the Motorola MDT-9100, while the glossy metal exterior was meant to evoke the rugged portability of a hip roof toolbox.
